Everything You Need to Know About Angeles City, Luzon
Angeles City is located in central Luzon in the province of Pampanga approximately 75km north of Manila. Angeles is a bustling and thriving city with a population of about 330,000. The main languages spoken are Tagalog, and Kapampangan, but English is also widely spoken, and for English speakers language is not a problem.
The history of Angeles dates back to the Spanish period, and it was the capital of the Philippine Republic during the Filipino-American war. For visitors to Angeles nowadays, there are two main areas of attraction in Angeles City: the Clark Freeport Zone and the Balibago entertainment district.
