Where to Shop and What to Buy in Angeles City
Shopping in Angeles is vast and varied. Just about anything you want or need can be found here.
Shopping Malls
SM City Clark – Perhaps the biggest and most popular mall in Angeles. Near the main gate Clark Freeport Zone.
Robinson’s – Smaller but popular mall. Performances & live music on weekends. MacArthur Hwy. near Balibago Bridge.
Nepo Mall - Popular mall with many bargain stores. Downtown Angeles.
Jenra Mall – Another mall with bargain stores. Downtown Angeles, and near Mabalacat Bus Terminal.
Marquee Mall – A more upscale mall. Near Angeles City Hall. Puregold – Warehouse type stores. Large one in Dau, and smaller one in Balibago.
Duty Free
There are several large, so-called duty free stores in the Clark Freeport Zone. They have a good selection of imported goods, and prices are in U.S. dollars.
Food Markets
Johnny’s Supermarket on MacArthur Hwy. and JJ Supermart on Fields Ave. are the best for expat shopping.
Local Markets
Apu Friday Market – Billed as a flea market, but actually most all items are new. Every Friday afternoon on Burgos, Plaridel, Rizal, and C. Dayrit streets, downtown Angeles.
Pampang Market - Large local night market featuring produce and meat. Maze-like and crowded. Open 18:00 to 07:00. San Francisco St., Angeles.
