If you're planning on a good night out in Mactan, visit Coco Loco’s at the Shangri La. This beautiful bar/nightclub has an outstanding interior with a great atmosphere. Coco's also has live bands to dance the night away to, plus karaoke singing and ballroom dancing. Check out their long list of drinks and cocktails. Prices can be on the steep side.

The Jungle Restaurant

When Jungle Disco first opened, it was the most talked-about night venue in town and has stayed popular. Besides being the largest and only indoor disco on the island, the Jungle offers a variety of fun from disco (with DJs nightly and live band most nights) to special shows with comedians, fire dances, cultural and modern dance groups. They also serve food (Filipino and international cuisine) from 15:00 onwards, buffet ‘all-you-can-eat’ style. From time to time they have great promotions such as drink all you can with local beers for 250 pesos per person.

For those who are wondering about Mactan’s naughty nightlife scene, there are many girlie bars located on Quezon National Highway in Lapu Lapu City. Some of them have been there for ages. Most have comfortable couches, a central stage and basic furniture. Such places include Jovy's Disco & Bar, VIP Heidelberg Pub, Guerrero's Pub & Disco. If you want to take a girl out, be aware of the bar fine, payable to the club/pub/bar manager. Since many Korean and Japanese men travel to Mactan, many of theses places are aimed more towards them and have elevated prices.

After a fun time out on Mactan’s beaches, a good and relaxing foot or body massage will make your day. Sawadee Massage & Spa is located on Basak Highway in Lapu Lapu City. Their services include foot and body massage as well as many other spa treatments. Reservations suggested.

Currently there is only one casino in Mactan and it offers a 24-hour international standard gaming. The place can be busy as it has one of the best locations on the island. It sits right in front of the airport, so it gets many of the transit customers.
